Hey, I’m Evan.

Throughout my career, I have seen marketing from every angle: as an employee, as a client, and most recently, as the founder of my own agency. Through it all, I believe the best work is created from the perspective of the consumer. Nobody wants to be marketed to — they want to experience something. I'm passionate about making that happen on behalf of today's boldest brands and companies.

With 15 years of experience, I bring expertise across integrated production, operations + logistics, creative project management, and business development. I've had the privilege of working with today's top brands across every major vertical and winning a few awards in the process. But nothing excites me more than the opportunity to lead a team in making impossible ideas happen.

  • Founder of the award-winning experiential company, responsible for overseeing client growth, day-to-day operations and building/leading a team of five full-time employees, 20+ freelancers and multiple cross-discipline vendors

  • Brought in and managed over $4MM of project-based work over the course of two years, executing over 50 individual and unique brand campaigns inclusive of live experiences, talent partnerships, digital/technology platforms and original content creation

  • Partnered with global agencies to execute award-winning experiential programs for Fortune 500 brands including Puma, Adidas, OREO, Buffalo Wild Wings, JBL, TD Bank, Ferrari, Joby, Timberland, Slim Jim, Planters and more

Senior Producer

  • Built experiences and lead production for a diverse range of clients, working across Creative, Strategy, Finance, Legal and Account departments to execute flawless, on-brand activations, global campaigns and experiences

  • Responsible for constructing/designing budgets up to $2MM and providing language for all contractual agreements/Scopes of Work to clients

  • Brought to life all facets of the Hershey’s TAKE5 “Swag Exchange” during SXSW, including the development of a custom app, scenic design/fabrication, programming across five days and facilitating the exchange of over 6,000 unwanted objects for highly desirable experiences and items

  • Project manager for the launch of Google’s new Androidify app, utilizing the largest billboard in the world for the first time to bring Android characters to life through physical interactions

  • Designed and implemented a steady workflow for internal teams throughout three different offices to help communicate and deliver flawless campaigns

  • Responsible for trafficking and overseeing daily deliverables between the creative teams, live events and accounts departments from the ideation phase of a pitch to the activation date accounting for up to +$2MM of materials per project 

  • Built and managed project timelines to ensure all production and creative elements were met within the client’s scope of work and within the budget dedicated for the given team

  • Developed and managed budgets up to $1.5MM and all costs associated with individual projects, relaying real time updates to clients assuring safety of their dollars

  • Worked directly with Disney to create and spearhead a national tour for the Phineas & Ferb movie; cable’s #1 movie of 2011

  • Responsible for producing and directing the NYC and Chicago Call of Duty video game launch events, setting a National sales record of $400MM
